Document Coffee | 3850 Wilshire Blvd. #107

Bring your laptop and stay a while, or grab a cuppa joe to go. Either way, you’ll enjoy the laid-back atmosphere in this coffee bar. The Document Cold, which includes maple syrup in the brew, is favorite menu item. In addition to craft brews, you can also get tea and pastries here.

Mega Bodega | 1001 S Broadway

Don’t let the giant beer and coffee signs on exterior of the building fool you. Inside, you’ll find a quaint café with an artsy vibe. Come early for some high-end coffee and tea from locals like Steep Tea Co. and Four Barrel SF, or enjoy a different kind of brew on the patio in the evening. Can’t decide? Try one of their innovative coffee/alcohol combinations.

Balconi Coffee Company | 11301 W Olympic Blvd.

This local coffee shop is known for its smooth, full-bodied brews using the Siphon Method. The baristas take pride in their craft, and consistently serve up delectable flavors like the Almond Essence Latte. Look inside your cup before sipping—you might find some coffee art in there!

Café Buna | 3105 Washington Blvd.

When you want a Carmel Macchiato, and your roommate wants Nutella Crepes, head to Café Buna. This restaurant boasts impressive breakfast, lunch and beverage menus. Café Buna also sells organic coffee by the pound.
