I like to make all the ingredients for breakfast burritos and set them up as a “build-your-own” for guests. Prepare scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles, bacon, small potatoes, and green chili. Set out cheese, sour cream, salsa, and onions so that each person can add whichever ingredients they live to build their own ultimate breakfast burrito.
